Rules of the warranty service

RULES of the WARRANTY SERVICE LEGAL And PHYSICAL PERSONS In "Shop to safety"
1. The General provisions Persisting Rules spread on client "Shop to Safety" (hereinafter Company). The Company receives a visit at warranty repair gained beside it equipment at condition of observance by Client of the rules to his(its) usages, transportations and keeping at period of the action of the warranty period.
2. Periods to warranties
2.1. The Warranty period on domestic equipment is determined by manufacturer and is specified in documentation, applicable to equipment.
2.2. The Warranty period on import equipment forms 12 months since day trading.
3. Conditions of the taking the equipment in warranty repair
3.1. Faulty equipment must be: in clean type; in full completing (the exceptions forms equipment, for which is provided repair and diagnostics completing separately); with copy additional about sale; as far as possible, in original packaging.
3.2. All claim of the Client must be denominated in written form with description of the sequences action, in consequence of which was revealled fault of the equipment or has occurred the loss to his(its) capacity to work.

3.3. At delivery of the equipment in warranty repair Client gets the Agreement of the acceptance, at issue of the repaired equipment - an Act of the return.
4. The Client loses the right on free warranty service in the following events:
4.1. At presence trace opening, or mechanical damage маркировочных tablet and sticker, trace their переклеивания; the sore spots led to impossibility to read the serial number;
4.2. Under internal or external mechanical and electromechanic damages of the equipment (the rifts, сколы, dents, ballooned element, traces of the cinders, soots etc.);
4.3. At damages, appeared as a result of influences poetries, fire, aggressive ambiences, high temperature; at damages, happened due to rodent, insect, as well as, in consequence of transportation and wrong keeping;

4.4. At presence inwardly body of the equipment stranger subject, regardless of their natures;
4.5. When contributing of any constructive change, or at loss of capacity to work of the equipment as a result interference of the user in fireware part of equipment, falling into kit of the supply;
4.6. At breach of the standard of the feeding to network, or when use the equipment in нештатном mode;
4.7. At damage of the equipment, appeared in process of the installation, montage or usages. Typical events of the montage rule discrepancy and usages of the equipment:
4.7.1. It Is Cut staff connector, jackplugs, and other коммутационные components;

4.7.3. Mortality under uprated voltage of the feeding over specified in THAT;

5. The Period of the execution warranty ремонтаопределяется the nature to faults and presence completing.
6. Poslegarantiynyy (pay) faulty equipment repair, on which there is corresponding to technical documentation and necessary completing elements, is produced after co-ordination of the cost and periods of the repair between Client and Company in written form.
7. The Shelf time of the repaired equipment According to Rule of the home servicing the population RF, confirmed by resolution of the Advice Minister -a Government to Russian Federation from June 8 1993 N 536 free keeping of the repaired equipment is realized for 10 days. In the event of reception of the order by Client on outflow 10 days following fixed period of his(its) performance, specified in agreement, Company has the right enforce with Client
- if repair pay: spume in size 1 percent of the cost facilities (functioning) for each day of his(its) keeping, but not more than 50 percents of the cost facilities (functioning).
- if repair warranty : 1 percent from cost of goods for each day of his(its) keeping, but not more than 50 percents of his(its) cost.
Herewith in the event of неявки of the Client for reception made on agreement of the product Company has the right on outflow 6 months since day, when according to agreement product must be delivered Client, and the following double written warning to sell the product in accordance with the established order, but rescued amount зачесть in count all owing to Companies of the payments.
