Warranty

The Warranty.

On the whole obtained beside us goods (with the exclusion of erection equipment) spreads the factory warranty. In most cases, the warranty period forms 12 months. The Acknowledgement to warranties serves the goods invoice with mark about sale.
In the event of finding by buyer defect goods and presenting the claim for change of such goods, according to "Law about protection of the rights of the consumers" st.18 p.1 and Civil Code RF Article 475 and Article 503, buyer has a right on: change of goods to others, behooving quality for 7 days since day of the presentation or, in the absence of necessary goods for day of the presentation on storehouse of the Companies, not later month since day of the presentation;
free removal defect goods Company or indemnifying the costs on their correction, made by buyer or outside parties;
commensurate reduction of the first price;
change on such goods of the other mark with corresponding to перерасчетом first price.
If required additional check quality goods (undertaking the expert operation) period exchange forms 20 days ( ZOZPP st.21 p.1) since day of the presentation. If as a result of expert operations is installed that defect appeared in consequence of circumstance, for which Company does not answer, buyer is obliged to indemnify the Companies (ZOZPPST.18 p.5) organizing costs on undertaking the expert operation, as well as connected with her(its) undertaking costs on transportation and keeping of goods.
The Warranty periods can be fixed as on goods itself, so and on completing products (ZOZPPST.19 p.3) and component parts of the main goods. In the event of mortality of some part of product, the Company leaves for itself right of the change of this part without change of goods wholly. In the event of remoteness of the buyer return subjects to only unserviceable part of product, rather then all product wholly if other is not provided factory warranty.
Return or exchange.
